It has everything but won't work on my 64bit at all ?! ...Who knows ?

It works on my windows 7 64 bits sony vaio.
But the picture stay still for a few seconds at startup and sound is not synchronised with picture.

Install would report error saying program was in use by another process on my 64 bit version of Windows.
